    Service Technician (Certified)

    Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems across the Charlotte metro. EPA Section 608 required. Manufacturer training (Daikin and Goodman) preferred.

    Install Crew Lead

    Lead install crews on residential replacements and new installs. Manual J load calc literacy and ductwork experience required. Run the crew, sign off on the work, leave the job clean.

    Answer the phone, route the trucks, hold the day together when a heat wave hits. Workflo CRM experience a plus. Strong communicator, calm under pressure.
