The on-call team picks up, not a voicemail. We'll book the call for the next available appointment, or for the same evening if it's a heat-or-cool emergency. Cardinal Club members are routed to the front of the line.
Repair calls start with a $77 diagnostic, applied toward the repair. Installs and replacements get a free in-home consultation with a Manual J load calculation and a written quote. No truck-roll fees, no surprise invoices.
Most diagnostics are an hour or less. We measure refrigerant pressures, electrical readings at the contactor, capacitor performance under load, and condensate flow. You get the findings in writing before any work begins.
